Cinnamon Granola

Mix in ungreased 9×13 pan:

4 c old-fashioned oats

1 c shredded coconut

1/2 c sliced almonds

In 2 c container mix:

1/4 c packed brown sugar

1/4 c canola oil

1/4 c honey

1 tsp ground cinnamon

Microwave on high for 1 min. Add:

1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Pour over dry ingredients in pan. Mix well. Bake 350° for 20 mins, stirring after 10 mins. Cool. Store in airtight container.
