Pudim de Leite

Ingredients

Caramel sauce:

1 ½ cups of sugar

Pudding:

1 can of sweetened condensed milk

1 can of milk (use the can from the condensed milk to measure the milk)

4-5 eggs

Preparation

Caramel sauce:

1. Melt the sugar (over low heat) in a pan.

2. Pour the caramel into the mold and spread it by rotating the mold.

Pudding:

1. Blend all the ingredients in the blender.

2. Pour the mixture in a caramelized pudding mold.

3. Bake the pudding in a water bath (330-350F) for 1 hour - 1 ½ hour or until the pudding is firm.

4. Let the pudding cool down completely and put the pudding in the fridge.

5. Remove the pudding from the mold when it is really cold and serve.
