Cream Cheese Fruit Pie

8 oz Cool Whip

1 c powder sugar

1 (8oz) pkg. cream cheese

6-8 c sliced peaches, strawberries or raspberries

2 tbsp lemon juice

1 c sugar

4 tbsp jello (orange, peach, raspberry, etc.)

1/8 tsp almond extract (for peach pie)

Mix together Cool Whip, powder sugar and cream cheese and put in 2 pie shells. Cool. Mix fruit, lemon juice and sugar and let set 1 or more hours. Drain (set fruit aside), save liquid and add enough water to liquid to make 1 1/2 cups. Add 4 tablespoons cornstarch. Cook over medium heat until thickened. Add jello and almond extract. Add fruit and let cool. Pour over cream cheese mixture, top with whipping cream and enjoy!
