Easy Pizza Crust

3 1/4 C flour

1 T sugar

1 1/2 t salt

1 T yeast

1 C hot water

2 T oil

Put all ingredients together. Mix with hands. Knead 5 minutes. Let rest 10 minutes. Separate into 3 pieces. Roll into circles. Poke with fork like a piecrust. Bake at 350° F for 10 minutes. Place in freezer bag with wax paper in between. When ready, bake at 425° F for 15 minutes.
