Caramel Popcorn

1 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup Karo

1 cube butter or margarine

1/4 tsp salt

1/2 tsp soda

4 qt popcorn

Bring to boil, approx 3 mins. Boil 2 mins, add soda.

1 1/2 min High, shake, another 1 min.
