White Sauce
2 tbsp margarine
2 heaping tbsp flour
1 c milk
salt and pepper to taste
Melt margarine. Stir in flour. Pour in milk, stir until comes to boil.
NOTE: 1 1/2 – 2 cups cheese for cheese sauce.
